The team at Martha Stewart put together 24 affordable wedding centerpieces and I picked a few of my favorites. With a little imagination and grouping things together en masse, you can create a very beautiful look for very little money. Take for instance, these platters of oranges and flowers. So simple and very easy on the budget.
Or, how about these potted plants? These can do double, double duty-they can hold your guests place card, double as favors for guests to take home all the while creating a very pretty centerpiece.
This table of fresh fruits are also a great, inexpensive option that give the table a very welcoming feel. You could even core out some of the apples and use a votive holders.
Other inexpensive options include putting together a bunch of mason jars with tea lights, wide clear containers holding a single blossom and floating votive, tall sticks in glass vases or even glass picture frames (where you can see photos on either side). Just think about what represents you, your theme and you’ll be surprised at how beautiful things look when several are put together to make a large statement.
